When will my order ship?
Great question! Orders will typically SHIP in 1-3 business days. We strive to get orders out next day, but sometimes that just doesn't work the way we want it to.
Can I pick up or do you deliver if I need it sooner?
Yes! We can provide pick up usually same or next day. Please use code PICKUP if you would like to utilize this option. We also have a 15 mile free shipping zone that you can select at checkout as well.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We do request that items be unworn and in the same condition as you received them, including with tags. If you need to return something you will have 14 days from the day it arrives to request a return, and a label will be sent to you upon request. Reach out to lena@lunababydsm.com
Do you gift wrap?
We sure do! Each order can be placed in a giftbag with tissue paper and a hand written note.
